I currently work as a direct support professional which includes taking care of five clients with intellectual disabilities. I enjoy this job because of the impression it leaves on my clients and myself. I currently work 30 hours a week there (7a-11p saturday and sunday) Working here basically includes helping them with hygiene, preparing meals, and entertaining them in the home or on outing while maintaining their safety and well-being.
