Looking for someone to come in once a month to clean our 3 bed 3 bath unit that is 2000 sq/ft. We keep things pretty tidy just need someone to come in once a month to help do a deeper clean. Rate can be flat (where it is not hourly rather just a flat rate for cleaning the house regardless of length of time spent). Examples of expected type of clean: Floors (vacumn & mo), counters/surfaces, bathrooms (showers/counters/toilet), kitchen appliances and the bedding for only one of the rooms. Laundry / dishes not required to complete with the exception of the bedding from the one mentioned room.
