Looking for a housekeeper to start once or twice a month, hoping to move to biweekly. The house is small (>1200 square feet, with two bedrooms and downstairs guest area/half-finished basement.) We have a small, friendly dog. Duties would be a standard cleaning service (vaccuum, clean bathrooms, dust/windex surfaces, wash floors) and if time allows some tidying/light organizing help with my childrens' toys.
