Description: We’re looking for a reliable, organized Family Assistant to help keep our home running smoothly during the after-school hours. This role is primarily focused on household care — laundry, cleaning, and light meal prep — while also being the responsible adult in the home when children are present.

What You’ll Do:
• Keep the kitchen fresh and organized each day — loading/unloading the dishwasher, wiping counters, light cleanup, taking out garbage and recycling
• Help keep bathrooms and living spaces clean and tidy on a rotating schedule
• Tidy the living spaces and bedrooms so the house feels calm and organized
• Help with laundry every couple of weeks — wash, fold, and put away
• Do light meal prep, like washing and cutting fruits or veggies or setting up ingredients for dinner (no cooking necessary)
• Be a responsible adult presence after school for a 5 and 10 year old with established routines — prompting routines, encouraging tidiness, and offering guidance as needed
• Pickup a parent using our vehicle at the end of the shift
