We live in a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home on two levels (no basement). The house has mostly vinyl flooring, except for the stairs and the corridor upstairs (overall a small area), which are carpeted. We would like to have a monthly house clean and are looking for someone reliable, with great attention to detail, and bringing or being open to using effective (not vinegar-based) eco-friendly products. We would expect the floors to be vacuumed and mopped, the bathroom and kitchen surfaces to be cleaned carefully, furniture to be dusted, other surfaces (e.g., tables, baseboards, inside windows) to be wiped, and while appliances would not need to be cleaned every month, we would expect the areas under rugs or furniture to be cleaned.
