Location: Arlington, MA 02476
Schedule: T/W/Th 7am–7pm (36 hrs). Extra Mon/Fri AM hrs available (up to 40 hrs). Start ASAP.
Children: 5, 7, and 14 years old
Duties: Care & driving for younger kids simple support for teen. Simple kid meals, kid laundry, errands, groceries, bedding changes,organizing, puppy care.
Ideal fit: Warm, organized, patient, collaborative, comfortable with neurodiversity & positive reinforcement.
Requirements: 3+ yrs exp, school-age/neurodivergent exp, clean background, valid license & reliable vehicle.
Pets: 1 Cockapoo puppy.
Driving: Required, personal vehicle, mileage reimbursed.
Comp: $35–40/hr, taxed, guaranteed hrs, paid vacation/sick/holidays, healthcare stipend
