Our 9mo old is the primary focus of this role. He loves exploring through sensory play & baby-led learning. We're looking for someone who understands infant development, encourages independence, and enjoys getting on the floor to play. Our curious, imaginative 3yo attends Montessori preschool and overlaps about 1–2 hours each afternoon. We’re looking for a warm, playful, energetic nanny who values gentle parenting, prioritizes safety & communication, and is excited to grow with our family long term. Both parents work from home.
