Covid-cautious nanny for an 11 month old

We are looking for a nanny for our 11 month old. Currently, a family member primarily takes care of baby while working a flexible job from home with variable hours.

When primary care giver is working, nanny would be responsible for changing baby into new clothes for the day, playing with baby, changing diapers, rocking baby to sleep, or feeding a bottle/solids (both pre-prepared by us).
When primary caregiver isn’t working, she likes to play with baby, so nanny would be waiting to take baby when necessary. This waiting time generally comprises a few hours daily so it is okay to read, knit, scroll on your phone, watch videos with headphones etc as long as you can hear if we call you for help.
Position would also include loading/unloading the dishwasher 1-2x daily and washing baby's toys. We would also prefer someone who is willing to wipe down kitchen counters 2x per week.
We are very conscious of not bringing illness into the house, so the ideal candidate would be someone who generally has limited contact with people who have contagious illnesses (including colds) or someone who is also taking precautions to avoid illness for their own personal reasons. Good hand hygiene while on site is required.
