The ideal candidate is engaging, communicative, and experienced with toddlers, with a passion for planning age-appropriate activities, playdates, and outings while maintaining a consistent routine. They value someone warm, playful, proactive, and dependable who will encourage their daughter’s curiosity. Responsibilities also include managing her schedule, occasional errands, family laundry, dishes, meal prep, and light tidying.
