We're looking for a warm, reliable nanny to care for our 21-month-old twin boys on a flexible, part-time basis — 3 times per week for date nights and family outings.

About the Role
This position goes beyond standard babysitting. We're looking for someone who can grow with our family and be available for:
- **Regular care** 3x per week for date nights and outings
- **Overnight in-home care** while we travel
- **Travel companionship** on select family trips (all expenses covered)

Responsibilities
- Supervising active play and ensuring a safe environment
- Preparing age-appropriate snacks
- Supporting potty training
- Leading outings to parks, museums, and playdates
- Light engagement and enrichment during care hours

**What We're Looking For**
- Prior experience with twins or multiples strongly preferred
- Comfortable with toddlers in active developmental stages (not yet potty trained)
- Reliable, trustworthy, energetic, and genuinely love kids
- Comfortable around pets — we have a French Bulldog
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required
- Multi-day and travel availability a plus

- Valid passport (for potential travel)
- In-person meet and greet with the boys prior to first day
