I volunteered at a daycare once I was old enough to no longer attend it myself, I grew up with the teachers and learned a lot from them. I continued to do so until I was 16, and then I became a lifeguard for the local city pool where I also got to work with kids. This instilled a love and passion for children and their development and safety. I am in college right now for nursing, as I hope to become a pediatric nurse practitioner one day. I am certified and CPR and will be BLS certified by the summer also.
