My name is Brittiany and I'm currently a junior at UAB pursuing my BSN. I've been working with kids since I was 15 and I love it, which is why I want to become a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. After growing up in an in-home daycare setting where I began working with children, I became a babysitter to some wonderful families. Having worked as a summer camp counselor at UAB last summer, I have gained even more experience. I am very creative, organized and energetic so I do well with all ages. I am CPR/AED certified and have worked as a patient care technician in the hospital for my nursing clinical. This allows me to be fast on my feet for any accidents or mistakes that may happen.
