I just received my degree in K-12 Music Education and recently moved to Daphne, AL with my husband. There currently aren't any teaching positions that I'm interested in in the area so I've decided to use my degree and experience with teaching children to become a Nanny. I babysat all through middle school and high school and have had experience watching and caring for most ages of children. I don't have any experience with young children (0-12 months) but I'm very responsible and a fast learner. I'm easy to get along with and am also creative. I love coming up with fun activities for kids to participate in such as crafts, songs, and games. While completing my degree in Education I took multiple classes that made me qualified to work with and care for children including: Elementary Music Fundamentals, Child and Adolescent Development, and Psychology. I have also volunteered at Read more a music Preschool, a home for mentally disabled children and adults, and as a Sunday school teacher for various classes ages 5-9.
