Hello there! My family and I recently moved to the Huntsville area from Indiana for my fiance's job. I am currently finishing my Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies to teach Elementary Education. I have a passion to teach and I love making a difference in the lives of children! Being a mother myself, I have experience being a big part of a child's life. I also have had the pleasure with many other ages. I grew up with a younger brother and two sisters and I have had the honor helping assist teaching children when my mother was a youth leader at our church. Other parents often comment on how quickly their children warm up to me. I enjoy the outdoors and encourage outdoor play (weather permitting). I love to go for walks, park visits, and also enjoy a good board game. I like to dabble with all sorts of Read more arts and crafts and always try to encourage a good book. I enjoy interactions with kids such as singing, dancing, and have been known to play a few video games. I also gladly get down and dirty with a truck or two! I can assist with homework, bedtime, dinner and baths. I offer help with light housework such as vacuuming, dishes, laundry or what might be needed. I am energetic, dependable, fun, reliable and I listen. I am not just someone there that is filling space.
