I was 14 when I had my first babysitting job, being homeschooled allowed me to have the flexibility to have that job. We had a blast. I babysat that same little girl for the two following summers. I realized I wanted to make this a career, I'm currently a student at CACC to become a kindergarten teacher. I have volunteered in the nursery at my church on Sundays. I have worked with the Y for two years in the nursery and I treat those children as if they were my own, safety is my first priority. I have experience with children from newborn to 7 years old. My favorite time is craft time (I can get more supplies if the children want to have craft time) and reading! I'm also pet friendly and love all animals (I have owned a wide variety of pets!) I love play time with the Read more kids as well, I'm not a babysitter that will just turn on a TV to distract the children. I love interacting with them and learning all about them, making sure they have a fun time and their safety being my first priority.
