My name is Aerial Phillips and I have been caring for children for over 4 years. At the age of 15, I was a volunteer at a local Boys and Girls Club in my hometown of Prattville, AL. I was able to look over and engage in many activities with kids 5 and under. Since April of 2012, I have been able to care for my aunt`s first born Madison. From the time she was born I have mentally and physically been an additional helping hand in watching her mature and grow these past few years. From January 2013 to May 2014, I was employed at Lifetime Fitness as a kid’s activity team member. I worked with children 12 and under engaging in physical activities, school work, art activities, and the many learning activities we provided. I absolutely love and enjoy working with children and perform my job very passionately.
