My name is Jessica, I am an 18 year old student currently attending the University of Alabama. I absolutely love children and I am majoring in Child life to become a child life specialist. I have been around children my whole life since I am the oldest sibling and cousin in my whole family. I have a 16 year old brother and a 10 year old brother who has cerebral palsey. I have helped my mom raise him so I am experienced with children who have special needs. Not only have I babysat my brothers, but I have babysat all of my cousins from the time they were infants until they were preteens. I have 2 cousins with autism and one with developmental delays who I have also taken care of. I am not CPR certified but I do know regular and infants CPR, although I do plan on becoming certified when I get home from school. I have always had a passion to work with children and babysitting is just another way for me to do what I love while I build my future.
