Hello there! I'm Carlie and I'm 19. I am finishing my Sophomore year at The University of Alabama this spring, pursuing a PR degree. I have been a mother's helper and babysitter since I was 10, and at 15 started to nanny for families year round. I love being able to have fun with the kids I watch, and build a mutual respect and relationship. I like keep them occupied with fun outdoor activities and even crafts or cooking, not so much the tv. I am one of 4 kids, with 10 years between the youngest and I. Watching her grow up allowed me a first-hand experience of all ages and to understand how to communicate effectively.
