Hi families! My name is Danielle and I am a recent graduate from the University of Iowa with a BA in psychology with three minors and a certificate in disability studies. I am also a labor and postpartum doula! My favorite activities to do with kiddos is park play, going to the public library, and playing board games. I have learned the importance of active play for the development of a child's growth and am ready to have some fun! I have had the pleasure of working with some amazing families this summer and am so excited to meet new families. I previously worked with CCO which is a medicaid based organization that provides respite workers to families or individuals with disabilities. I have worked at two day cares in Iowa City; Little Angel Learning Center and St. Marks after school center. I have also provided nursery assistance at a Read more church and work for CSC currently. I have participated in a practicum with UI REACH, an Anti-bullying campaign, and Dance Marathon. I am looking to be your on call sitter or a full time nanny! I look forward to working with more families!
