I started babysitting 6th grade, worked extensively with children in orphanages overseas around that same time. I worked at babies homes in Uganda as a teenager and worked in the slums of Brazil, also at an orphanage, caring for kids of all ages. I have continued to babysit and volunteer at church teaching Sunday school. Last year I taught 2-year-olds and this year I have 4-year-olds. I am certified in CPR, and Crisis Management. I have nannied on and off for the last 5 years. I have had children in my care ranging from newborn to 13 as a nanny. I am working towards my RN and as such have done rotations in the hospital gifting me with the ability to take care of children as more than a basic babysitting but as a real care taker.
