"Raising children is an enormously important part of life. I think one of the most important, or the most important, period." One of gods gifts that he gave me is raising children and watching children. I have baby sat since I was in sixth grade. I am now 30 years old with a college bachelors degree in child development and psychology. I am still in college however because I am striving to get my masters in child development and psychology. I have babysat up to 20 children at a time before, and it is not hard for me. I am an excellent multi tasker and I am quite the activity planner. I have no problem driving your kids to school or sports or whatever activity is needed if you want a healthy meal fixed for them no problem. I try to provide the main food groups per meal an take nutrition Read more seriously with kids.I have taken several nutrition classes to help make sure I provide the proper balanced diet for your children. I do a ton of activities and crafts with children. Whether it be going to the park, making a mail box out of cardboard, sensory bottles, to hide in go seek, or learning games where we work on the alphabet or numbers, ect. I do not believe in just sitting a child in front of the tv all day. I love to get involved and have them get involved in hands on activities. if your okay with them painting and drawing than great! Mary watched my two young children recently. She is very intelligent and articulate, a wonderful influence to my impressionable toddler. My son has a life threatening peanut allergy, I felt confident that he was in caring and competent hands. Mary left a detailed note accounting for much of their time together, which I appreciated. Mary has been a positive energy and light into our family. The children can't wait until she comes over. She is engaged and playful with them. She works on problem solving when sibling rivalry raises its head but stays firm and uses timeouts as necessary.
