I have worked as a Teacher's Assistant for 6 months inside a preschool. This job included, basic child care, and helping them learn. I also, assisted the teacher in her lessons, and provided a set of helping hands in a large class. I also, nannied 3-4 times a week after school, to help a teacher out with her son. This included picking him up from school, and taking him home, and ensuring he had food to eat, and that his homework was complete. I also, am a stay in nanny periodically throughout the year, when family friends go out of town. I stay there at the house for a few days and get the kids to school and to their activities. I cook them dinner, and put them to bed, and ensure their chores and homework are complete. Lastly, I have worked through my church as a teacher for many Read more ages. This was a volunteer calling, and for two hours each Sunday, I would be in charge of my 13 children and teach them, according to the manual. I enjoy watching children learn! I love to plan and bring my own enrichment activities, to help to children learn, and interact. I don't mind doing housework! I try to go above and beyond to get to know the kids I am working with, and what I can do to help them develop.
