Hi there! I am 21 years old and from Fargo, North Dakota. I recently moved to the Los Angeles area. I have worked in daycare centers for about 4 years and have been babysitting children since I was 12 years old. I previously worked at Sanford Hospital in ND as a nursing assistant in the Family Birthing Unit as well. I have experience with all ages, newborns to teenagers. I also have experience with multiples and special needs children. I do not have a vehicle but can drive. I am a US citizen and legal to work in the states. I am a non smoker and non drinker. I would love to hear more about the position and tell you more about myself if you are interested! Thank you :)

Avoid this sitter. Sarah applied for a single-day babysitting job I posted. I agreed to give her the job via Sittercity’s messaging service. Sarah followed up our in-site message exchange with an additional confirming text to the phone number I gave her. On the day of the job, however, she failed to show. She did not reply to my worried text. She let my call go to voicemail, and when my boyfriend attempted to reach her as well, she (clearly accidentally) picked up and then hung up on him when she realized what he was calling about. This job initially had several applicants, so if Sarah had even had the minimal courtesy to warn us that she had changed her mind, we probably could have gotten a late replacement. But, due to her lack of communication, by the time it dawned on us that Sarah really wasn’t coming, it was too late to make alternate childcare plans. Our evening was ruined because of Sarah, but I’m thankful at least that I didn’t leave my son home alone with such an irresponsible, young woman.
