Substitute teacher in toddler class when available. Child development center occupation held for over 4 years but resigned due to irreconcilable differences regarding nurturing styles and quality first requirements in teaching infants self-regulation. I prefer to rock a child with anxiety than 'negotiate' with them while they cry in their crib. However, I will follow any strict family upbringing policy or religion if requested.
