Hey there! My name is Lanie & I’m an Arizona native who has been in the childcare field for over 12 years. I started my journey as a babysitter at age 11, eventually transitioning to working at a preschool and a daycare, then becoming a career nanny, and later working on the administration side of a top nanny agency in the state. I knew I had a passion for loving on and educating children from a very early age. Now a mother to a baby boy myself, I feel I’ve found my true calling in life as a parent and feel so grateful to be able to continue my career in childcare while raising my own children, too! I feel that working with children is one of the most rewarding jobs on the planet and most days I feel that I come home learning more than they have. I have experience working with numerous developmental, mental, & physical disabilities, delays, or ailments including asthma, allergies, diabetes, limited mobility, G-tube, tracheal suctioning, non-verbal, autism, down syndrome, & more.
