To be honest I've never worked as a nanny but have 2 children of my own winch I love with all my heart and would do anything to provide for them and make them happy. My children are my greatest experience and also my only and best referrals. As a teenager I did do a lot of babysitting but after I got married I just stopped. And did the occasional babysitting a friends baby. My children have taught me how to love, be patient,, be persistent and overall how to care for them with all my heart. I have learned that not all children are the same and each child must be treated as an individual with different likes and dislikes. They each need a different type of care and I've always been willing to provide that.
