Hi! My name is Hayley! I have been a Nanny since I was 13 years old watching neighbors kids, and my cousins, from there I started working at a childcare center in a gym for 2.5 years, as I worked there I began close relationships with the children and there parents and began to care for them outside of the gym, after 2.5 years a few of the families wanted to hire me for full time so I became there Nanny full time, after that I worked as a Nanny for 3 other families using Care.com, I love working with children simply because they brighten my day, they most likely have a big smile on there face which makes me feel happy or I do my best to make them feel happy if they are not.
