Hello, my name is Carmen. I was born in Mexico and came to the United States in 1990. My primary language is Spanish and my secondary language is English. I enjoy talking and reading to children in Spanish to enrich their vocabulary in a second language. My experience as a child caregiver for 14 years has been a wonderful, beautiful journey. Being a part of each unique child's life has been an amazing time in learning from them as much they learn from me. I take care of basic needs like feeding, napping, diapering and can help with potty training and sleep training. The age groups, I have taken care of vary from infants to toddlers to preschoolers. I love taking children to the park, the library, the zoo and occasionally play dates (to encourage social activities). I'm looking for full time job, I will be available starting September. I Read more have (ECE) units, CPR, AED, and First Aid.
