Hello families, My name is Carla Hernandez. I am available for weekend all day babysitting or evening weekdays. I am a Special education teacher for the Oakland Unified School District. I currently teach 7th grade at Elmhurst United Middle School. Aside from my job as a teacher I am also a mother of two kids, my youngest is 2 years old. I am comfortable working with any age group. I also have paid babysitting experience and I am able to provide references. I am CPR certified, I have fingerprints/live scan on file with the school district and I also have a clean driving record. Below I am listing my experience with children/ education: Teacher for OUSD, 7th grade resource teacher. Ensuring my students meet all grade level standards. :) I provide reading support/ interventions for students reading below grade level by teaching SIPPS.
