My name is April and I would love to help you. :) Though my career expertise is in accounting and business management, I am currently working from home and homeschooling my eldest child due to some extremely harmful high school social trends, behaviors and pressures. I have 3 children and they are all in the midst of their Dual Language Academy school career. My interest in care-giving is simple. Although extra money is always helpful, my purpose is more to offer peace of mind by assisting loving people, parents and grandparents who need the help. I worked in-office full-time through all of my pregnancies and my entire adult life until recently. I KNOW the anxiety and feeling of panic of ensuring your children are loved, fed, clean, learning, having fun and just overall well cared for in your absence. I also know the comfort and appreciation of having someone who Read more can and does provide those things. I had a nanny who truly became our family and when she got cancer, we cared for her until her last breath. I am helping others to honor our love for her. Aside from loving children, I am an excellent cook and an experienced housekeeper. I also cared for both of my grandparents their last couple of years. I'm very strong and active, able to handle adult diaper changing. In addition, I worked at a veterinary clinic early in life, have a dog of my own and have done plenty of pet-sitting. And I could do your taxes if needed. Basically, I am your Girl Friday! I look forward to meeting you :)
