I am that special experienced person who really enjoys and understands new born babies and infants through their first year! I am energetic, sensitive and playful with babies. Some tasks that some people dislike, like changing babies, I truly enjoy--it makes the baby happy! I frequently sing,talk and play with the infants that I am caring for. Beyond infants, I am quite confident of my abilities to provide cheerful care for any age of pre-school children. Prior to coming to the the United States , I cared for children of Americans living in Mazatlan, Mexico. My husband and I raised four children. For one year, I provided full-time time child care in the home of a new born, Cristeta G., through her first birthday while my own children were still in school. Although I am only in my fifties we have nine grandchildren. I provided full-time care of four of Read more granddaughters for many weeks in our daughter's homes while they worked in various parts of the United States (they were/are in the US Coast Guard). My husband is retired government environmental inspector. We are homeowners in Bay Point, California for five years. I drive, am licensed and insured with ticket-free and accident-free driving record. I speak Spanish and English, but my spoken English is bit rusty even as my comprehension is good.
