Good day!I have 14 years of international experience traveling, living and raising infants, toddlers and school-aged kids. Currently, I'm using 3 languages at my home because learning a second language at an early age has a positive effect and expands cultural horizons, enriches and enhances a child's mental development. However, this is not my strongest point. I'm passionate in books, music, ballet, arts and gardening. As a mother of 3 school-aged kids, I know how stressful it can be to be away from your child. Rest assured, I will provide you the peace of mind necessary while taking care of your little one, by offering a safe, fun, and loving atmosphere in my home. I will promote your child's healthy growth during their most crucial years. My semi-structured program includes both free and structured playtime, arts & crafts, outdoor activities, and reading/story time, amongst other things. As a bilingual mom, Read more I will communicate with the kids in my care in both English and Italian, along with some basic Russian. I will enjoy incorporating all three languages into the children's learning experience and will apply critically some elements of Maria Montessori method and Reggio Emilia early childhood approach. This educational and stimulating environment will also encourage good manners, group play & social skills, and personal hygiene. Clean Driver report, fingerprinted, TB certificate, CPR, Pediatric First Aid, Trained in Injury Prevention, Infectious Disease Control and Emergency Preparedness as required by AB 243 and EMSA, California Save food Handler Certificate, of course no smoking and my background check is available upon request.
