Hello there, My name is Bailey and I’m currently working as a Case Manager for adults with disabilities! I just recently moved to the Bay and am looking for pt work. I have quite a bit of experience with children and have done it for many years. I’m comfortable working with infants to adults and up to 4 at a time. I also have experience working with people with special needs such as autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and deafness (I know sign language too 🤟). I love working with both children and adults! If you asked my current clients about my personality, I think they’d say I’m goofy and fun but definitely know boundaries. References upon request, I look forward to working together. 😊

Lauren was responsible for picking my 15 yr old son up from school and mentoring/caring for him until 8 or 9 pm. My son has special needs and can be very challenging to work with. Lauren was professional, warm, and fun. She was able to quickly solve problems and change plans. She also took initiative in finding fun, educational activities for them to do. He really enjoyed his time with her; she knew just how to connect with him so that he felt that she was in charge, but also cared about him. She also dealt well with unexpected interference from grandparents and other challenging situations. You couldn't find a better caregiver for your child or children. Not only is she smart and responsible, but your kids will love her.

Trustline is California's official background check for license-exempt child care providers (i.e. babysitters and nannies) and the only authorized screening program in California with access to fingerprint records at the California Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation and access to the California Child Abuse Central Index. The Trustline registry toll-free telephone number is 1-800-822-8490.

Pursuant to Section 1596.859 of the Health and Safety Code, parents have the right to receive information regarding any substantiated or inconclusive complaint about licensed child care providers. That information is public and can be acquired by visiting the California Department of Social Services' Internet Web site at "www.ccld.ca.gov".
