I feel very blessed to be able to get paid for doing what I love and enjoy. I am a student & writer who absolutely loves kids, dogs & babies. I first realized I had a gift with children when I was about 12 and my baby cousin was born, I loved her and took care of her. After that more of our family and family friends had babies and I was always there to take care of them and give them love. I have many friends now as an adult who have their own babies and I am an active part of their lives, some of them with families who are together and loving and some in broken families. I realize how important it is for those babies & children to be surrounded by people who show them love and caring from such an early age. I really think Read more it helps their development and life. I remember those people in my life as kids and how much they helped me grow and know love. I believe in invested in children because they are the next generation of our world and we need to give them a loving and beautiful foundation so they will be able to grow up to be healthy and exceptional adults. I am a college student who is also a writer. I write screenplays, poems, books & stories. I am also an aspiring actress but I don't have auditions to get in the way of my nannying or work because most of my acting work, I generate for myself or I act in my friends' indie film projects and they work around my work schedule because they understand that I need to make a living. I write my own short films and film them in my spare time, I make my own filming schedule. I am connected to a great group of young filmmakers and we make our own positive projects that inspire. While being in college & writing I also need to find ways to make an income to pay my rent and everyday bills because I am financially independent. I grew up in Huntington Beach and have been getting paid to nanny since I was 15. When I moved to LA at 18, I worked at a restaurant and then for 2 years I was the personal assistant to a famous actor. I came back to nannying at 21 because I realized how much I missed nannying and how much I love it. Since I have to work to support myself and put myself through school and work toward my dreams and goals... might as well enjoy the journey! Working with children is something I love and makes me enjoy the journey. I would love to continue working with children for my whole life. I am an English Literature major in college and speak 4 languages fluently. I also know CPR and AED.
