Hi my name is Amelia. I love taking care of children. I used to work in factories for almost all my life. I was used to labor work and stressful jobs until one day the company I worked for closed and I got laid off. A friend needed someone to look after her new born and asked me for help. This was the day I knew that taking care of babies and children was the perfect job for me. I've been a nanny for over 6 years now and I love every moment of it. I love taking care of new borns and feeding them and just comforting them in every way. I love the joy of seeing a little kids face when they see me arriving to their house. I play any games with the children and do any fun activity with them because I am there for them. Read more I love looking after the little ones because it's something I never had the chance to do with my children. My last experience as a nanny was working in Long Beach for a family with two little boys. When I started working for them the youngest one was just a couple of months old and now he is 5 years old and the oldest one is 7 years old. I would take the oldest one to school and look after the youngest one at home. I would also help around the house and do light housework while the baby took his nap. I am a loving mother myself and I know how stressful it can be taking care of a home and a family so I like to help in any way as possible. So if I have spare time while the children sleep I can assist in any household chores, however, I do state that my priority are the children and they do come first before anything else that needs to be taken care of.
