Child care takes passion and patients. Two qualities that I have. I am currently employed with a school district and have been for the last 5 years. I work in a special ed (mild to moderate) preschool class. Before that I was a manager of a daycare at a 24 hour fitness. I also was a nanny to a family of 2 children ages 5 and 7 for a year. I have been a regular babysitter for many families. I am CPR certified and other certifications but all in special education. I love the job I have now and wish I could stay but I am not full time. I also work at Houston's restaurant about 5 nights a week. I am looking for a full time job so I can just have one job. All my focus and energy can go into in to it. I am not just Read more passionate about children with special needs. I have a lot of experience with typically developed children too. As listed above. Starting from ages 0 to 10 years. I am a hard worker and I like to work. I like to stay organized and love to have fun with kids. I might not be the best artiest but I like to try fun and new crafts. I do not mind house work of any kind. I have my own car and am a safe driver. I am looking for something long term. A family I can get to know and care for their children like they would.
