My mother has been a nanny for 25 years. Shes had her own day care as well as worked with families in studio city, and Pasadena. With all the kids shes taken care of I've gained experience with kids. Especially when she had her own day care. I've personally tutored two kids that I picked up from Eagle Rock Elementary. I would make a light lunch for them and help them with their homework. In High school I had the opportunity to be a TA to a teacher at the same elementary were my job was to assist the teacher with any tasks she needed as well as pull some kids aside to help them when they had a difficult time with something. Kids need all you're divided attention. If you really dedicate your time with them sky's the limit for them.
