I am in my second year of college and am attending Palomar Community college. Over the years I have been to babysitting classes at the YMCA and have had experience babysitting for families in the neighborhood. I have also had experience working at a day camp for autistic kids which was very humbling. My most recent job was a nanny for a high functioning autistic 5-year-old boy for 3/4 months. I have so much love for kids and their innocence and found this was the most rewarding experience. This summer I am working part time and have time on my hands to help out in any way I can such as date nights. I was raised by in home nannies until I was 7 years old and understand the influence that a babysitter can have upon kids and would love to be that positive role model.
