Hello! My name is Maixia. I recently relocated to Vancouver Washington from California to pursue my dreams in becoming a flight attendant after finishing highschool. Throughout highschool, I was always put in charge of caring for my baby brother as a nanny since he was born (now 4 years old!) and cousins of the age 1 to 14. Through the countless times i’ve babysitted, i’ve become passionate with helping out children develop character and hobbies. My hobbies include visual arts (such as photography, drawing/painting, digital media, pottery, and much more!), playing with makeup, and dressing up! I love to try cooking and baking new things! I also love to incorporate art into everything if possible whether it’s food or cleaning :-) Although these hobbies may seem ‘girly’’; I can assure you that I have lots of experience with my baby brother such as reading,reciting the alphabets/learning from workbooks, playing/roleplaying with Read more his toys with him, and relating to his current interests. (such as minecraft/roblox, Cars, etc..) My previous work experience was apparel retail jobs that consisted of me cleaning/tidying/organizing items. I have recieved first aid training and got certified while in highschool—� but it might’ve expired by now. If you’d like me to get certified again, I will do! I am currently new to this kind of program but due to relocation, i’d like to do something i enjoy, part time (full time before I start morning to afternoon classes in May 2018). Why you should choose me? I am still young and your child may enjoy my company or feel more comfortable with me!(?) I know you might hear this a lot but I work hard, literally! I’ve come to love working and enjoy positive energy from people. I also have a new sedan car that I’m willing to us to take your kids places such as the zoo, craft store, or just shopping. Although this is my first time using a site like this, I understand if you are skeptical but feel free to ask me any questions regarding your concerns! p.s. I am super flexible and have a lot of availability BUT i expect to be treated the same too— I will need to have 3 days off in a row sometimes to visit my hometown back in California for already appointed appointments. Other than that, I am free! :-)
