Hi my name is Kelly Whiteberg I'm currently I'm looking for part time nanny job or just babysitting for dates nights ect. I live in Fair Oaks. I've been care-giving for 20 plus years now. For care-giving , the age ranges have I sat for are newborn-13. I'm comfortable with all ages I love dogs. My care-giving philosophy is to make it fun or use distraction when they are not happy. For example: if the children doesn't want to clean up their toys, you make it fun by singing a song or if say two sibling are fighting you say something funny like you're just going to have to get along because we can't return one of you to the store for someone else. I actually used this once with my nieces and they stopped fighting because it made them laugh. I also believe that discipline and routine are very important for most children. Kelly is a true natural as a caregiver to our 19-month old son. Initially, my husband and I were seeking a "mother's helper" to care for our son while I worked at home. But he quickly sensed that I was present. So, Kelly's role changed quickly and she welcomed this shift with ease and grace. Kelly has all of the qualities of a good caregiver. She is genuinely happy to see our son and spend time with him. Likewise, he is happy to see her. She respects our time - she let's us know if she's running late and keeps track of the schedule. She communicated with us by giving us a daily report via text and in-person. She also comes up with creative solutions to problems (behavior, etc.) and collaborates with us, which shows that she takes her job seriously. My husband and I can't say enough good things about Kelly. She is the best! :-)

Kelly has been excellent watching my 3 year old son for a few times now. He has enjoyed playing with her. Highly recommend because she is reliable, honest and flexible.
