I have been babysitting for over 5 years now and have worked with children ranging between the ages of 6 months and 14 years old. Babysitting was my source of income throughout middle school and high school, and has always been something that I have enjoyed. Throughout my years living in Southern California, I had the opportunity to become very close with the families that I babysat for and definitely had the experience of both staying overnight and vacationing with them as well. I have stayed over not only during emergencies, but also in pre-arranged situations where the parents just needed a night away from the house. I have vacationed with families in foreign countries for week long periods and simple weekend trips. My duties as a babysitter include everything from bringing the children to school, doctor appointments, sport practices/games, as well as getting them up and ready for school, Read more making lots of healthy meals, going to the park or library, helping them clean up their rooms, and pretty much everything under the sun!. Here is a little about me: I do come from a military background due to the fact that my father was in the Marine Corps foe 23 years! I absolutely love military families! I am a college student at California State University San Marcos pursuing a B.S. in Biological Sciences. I love children so much that my career goal is to become a pediatrician. I do pride myself on being able to nanny/babysit within 30 minutes of being called. I do own a car and have a valid drivers license. I am a strong believer in parent to babysitter communication! I do make lists of activities we did while you were away from your precious little one and the snacks/meals that was given to your child. I do light cleaning as well and ALWAYS make sure you come home to a spotless home. My pay rate is negotiable. I have many references available so feel free to ask. I am first aid trained and CPR certified. My main goal is for your precious little one(s) to have a safe, fun, and education time.
