I have known all my life since I was a little girl that my God given purpose and gift is to teach, care for, nurture and foster the developmental growth of children's self esteem, morals/values, as well as their cognitive, behavioral, mental and physical milestones. I myself have the faith of a child and that is why I find it so important and easy to see the world through their eyes. I have worked with all ages of children from infants to pre teens in the fields of common core education, special education (cognitive, socio-emotional, behavioral, mental illness, physically challenged, all from moderate to severe), social services, tutoring, English as a second language and babysitting. I have 14 years experience working with a school district, 12 years at a daycare, 2 years at Read more another daycare, 14 years as a one on one tutor at the daycare centers I worked at, 1 year as a private tutor, 7 months as a reading literacy tutor with a government agency (Domestic Peace Corp.), 1 year at a foster care agency, several years babysitting my students or my coworkers children, 6 months babysitting infants/babies at my church and 1 year babysitting the infant/baby of a coworker. I am looking for a full time preferably Monday though Friday day position or two part time positions for a minimum of 40 hours. However, I'm also available evenings, weekends, and I'm open to a live in position.
