I have over 10 years of experience babysitting and nannying for families with children of all ages. I also have a bachelors in Psychology and took many courses on development and behavior. My experience as a nanny has influenced my interest in learning about different parenting philosophies and techniques. I enjoy taking what I have learned over the years and teaching it to new families, or those who may be facing challenges, especially when it comes to behavioral issues. I am trained in Collaborative Problem Solving and am also informed on the Educarer Approach along with other compassionate and development-friendly models of parenting. I strive to deliver individualized care that meets each families needs and I always seek to create environments where children can have fun, learn and grow. In addition to childcare, I enjoy helping families with errands, organizing, and cooking.
