Hey Guys! My name is Kelyn Robertson and I am 21 years of age! I am new to California as of July of last year, and I love it so far! Currently employed at City college, as a student mentor in our Career Center. I make sure students of all ages are on the right path. Which has really helped my knack for helping others grow even more. Throughout high school, my experience with kids has helped me tremendously. I was able to work through the preschool at my high school for a year and a half , developing lesson plans, planning field trips, teaching basic skills to get them ready for elementary! At a younger age I found myself spending my time as a camp counselor every summer for four years. I also have four years of experience working with ages from 5 through 13, nannying through my first Read more two years of college. Also throughout high school, I was highly involved in a club which involved mentoring elementary students every week for all four years of school. I was trained in helping with homework, playing games or helping them with anything they needed help in. I have been babysitting since the age of 13 as well. Given all of my experience, I am also able to plan and create lesson plans and correlate activities when necessary! Working with children has brought an unmeasurable amount of joy into my life and I love being able to make a difference. Hopefully I can do so with you and your family !!
