Hello. I grew up in a big family. I of course am the oldest one. I was always looking after the little ones even on days that the parents were right in front of us. I’m the first one in my family to graduate college. To my family it’s such a huge deal that I continue to pursue my dream. At the moment I do want to focus a bit more in helping others. I work for a non-profit organization called United Cerebral Palsy here in Turlock. I work from 8:00a.m- 3:00p.m. Working with adults with disabilities has really changed the way I look at things. Working with them and seeing them Monday-Friday had me treating them like normal people because that’s what they are. It just takes them a little longer to do what we do. I’m super happy that I know see the world in a whole different Read more type of way. It makes me realize how lucky we are and how things really shouldn’t be taken for granted. At home I help out my mom and dad. I pay rent, bills, car insurance, and all my needs. I am viewed as someone that is very responsible for my age.
