Hi! Thanks for viewing my profile. My name is Monica. I grew up in Dallas and moved to LA last year after spending 7 years in Chicago. I have always loved spending time with children and being able to experience their exhuberant nature and zest for life. I try very hard to remain child-like in how I view the world and to always appreciate the little things. One of my favorite quotes: Children think not of what is past, not what is to come, but enjoy the present time, which few of us do. I have nannied for 3 different families and have been babysitting since I was 15. I worked in PR / Event Production in Chicago and am lucky to have a very efficient, organized and professional mindset that assists in watching kids as well and working with different families. I have also nannied for a little girl Read more named Lily that had just been adopted from Asia and was adapting to American life. On a side note, I did have several health issues starting when I was 10 and was in and out of the hospital until I was in early High School. If your child has special circumstances, I definitely empathize and will do my best to make them comfortable and have fun.
