Hello, my name is Monica Dunn. I am a graduate out of the University of North Texas where I received a bachelors in Kinesiology and minor in health promotions. During my undergrad studies I had the opportunity to learn and teach early childhood development, including those with disabilities. For two years, I volunteered as a mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters in Denton, TX. I was employed with a child care agency called Temporary Sitters throughout college as well. Beginning my senior year, I obtained an assistant teacher position at Primrose School for 14 months. This teaching position allowed me to gain an excellent wealth of knowledge and experience for children (especially ages infant- 6yr olds). I recently obtained a certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language which has helped me improve my teaching skills in specific educational subject. I hope that with all my child care experience, I Read more can bring fulfillment and joy to your family's household.
