My name is Amanda (often Mandy for short) and I am 24 years old! I have been babysitting frequently since I was 12 years old and have also had several short-term nanny positions along the way. I have done this as well as worked at Starbucks all through high school and college, and am now looking to nanny part or full-time. I have experience watching children of all ages from newborns to 16 year olds, and I am more than comfortable to watch multiple children at a time. I have always been a caregiver by nature and my desire has always been to make the children I care for feel loved and safe. I am very much a rule-follower, so any specific instructions I am given in regards to childcare I take very seriously. A little more about me- I am very much a people person, friendly and outgoing! I Read more am always active and enjoy the outdoors. I love crossfit, scuba diving, surfing, travel, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends. I am CPR and AED certified and this summer I got my rescue diver certification which has equipped me even more so to work effectively under pressure if ever there is an emergency. I have a huge heart and passion for kids- I can't wait to have a family of my own one day, and until then I am excited to be a nanny again!
