I am currently a Kindergarten teacher in Buena Park area but I am looking for a family to nanny for during the summer break! At the end of May I will be finishing my third year teaching and I absolutely love it. It is my belief that working with children to provide fun and enriching experiences is one of the best jobs out there. I'm aware that summer can often be a hard time for working parents and I'd love to help out! Summer should be a fun time for kids to get outside and enjoy their well-deserved break from school. I graduated from Cal State Long Beach in 2013 with a degree in liberal studies and my elementary credential. In the spring of 2014 I graduated from Concordia Unniversity with a Master's Degee in child development. I have worked for Westerly school of Long Beach as a TA and Read more in their after school program. During the summer of 2014 I ran the art program for their summer camp and Jr. High students. For the last two years I have been teaching Kindergarten in the Savanna School District. In addition to my teaching experience I have baby-sat for many families at Westerly school and was a nanny for a family for about a year. I believe that all of my experience will give me the ability to provide a fun summer break for your children!
