Dear Families, I'm a 43 year old woman. I'm French but have been living in Los Angeles for almost 16 years now. I'm currently working as a children librarian at a private French-American school. School is closed for the Summer which allows me to work as a temporary nanny or babysitter. I have excellent references from families living in the the Westside. I don't drink or smoke. I have a clean driving record and drive my own insured car. I'm first aid, CPR, and AED trained by the American Heart Association. I don't mind cooking and I'm comfortable around pets. Cecile took care of my 13 month old baby while I was in town for a one-day work trip. She happily did a FaceTime conversation with us to get a better idea of what we would need for the day and better understand our son's needs and preferences. On the day of, she was on time, was incredibly sweet with our son, was helpful as I got ready to run out the door, and asked questions to make sure she had all of the details necessary for the day. She sent me pictures of their adventures to the park and made sure he had water, sunscreen, and his hat when he played outside. She even taught him new things for babies like how to use a hotel key card. :) She was incredibly friendly and a pleasure to work with. I will happily hire her again next time I am in town and would recommend her to others.
